Project TELESOL will promote telework in business and research areas between EU and the eight countries of CIS (Kazakhstan, Kyrghyzstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, and Russia).
TELESOL will use a system of Information Demonstration Centers, deployed by TAP project STACCIS in 1996-1999 in European CIS countries and create on this base, a system of Telework Competence Centers (TCCs). Core TCC will be set up in Russia. TELESOL will create in the CIS countries pilot fully operational online telework systems between EU and CIS participants in business and research areas.
